MainStay Suites Gatlinburg Downtown Area

Very friendly and nice staff! They make you feel like you’re at home! It’s very clean & nice! Room service is great.

The shower wasn’t that clean. The stay was pleasant. So of the front desk staff were friendly, some were not.

Good place to stay

Check in was simple. Staff was friendly. Rooms were CLEAN!

Location to my evening plans.

There were a lot of young kids on our floor. Must have been some sort of school trip. Whomever was supposed to be in charge of them and their behavior didn't do their job which made our stay miserable. Those kids were running up and down hallway on the 3rd floor until 1 am. Then whomever was on the 4th floor above room 310 must have been taking dancing lessons because they never stopped all night long thumping the floor. We never got any sleep. Tried calling front desk and no one answered after multiple times of calling. We were out of there at 615 am heading home. Terrible experience. Only good thing was location to our Saturday night plans.

My overall stay was good but the first one that I was put in wasn’t cleaned which lead to me having to switch rooms.

Everything was amazing....l will back again.

I love the location. Not too far from everything but far out enough to relax comfortably.
