Close to Gatlinburg. A 3 min drive. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Literally no complaints. Would recommend and stay again!

This location was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for the family. Best of all for us the room was clean and comfortable with ample space

Really enjoyed Mainstay staff’s performance was great My suite room was the best save money had stove refrigerator and microwave and free breakfast I will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed this hotel! Would definitely stay here again! • Very clean • Spacious rooms (nice cool temp!) with dishwasher/fridge/microwave! • COMFORTABLE BEDS!!!! • Great breakfast!! • Clean gym my kids worked out in each day • Only 5 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg! • Customer Service workers were very nice Few comments/suggestions for hotel: • put another mirror in main area of rooms so people can get ready if someone is in the bathroom • plastic spoons/knives were very cheap and hard to cut the waffles with • shampoo and conditioner were too watery • pool water was too cold. Pool was small enough to turn into a big hot tub…would enjoy a hotub more. ;)
