"Worked for us (we were on a roadtrip stop-over to see family) but won't stay again for the price."

Room and hotel were clean and fresh. Location was close to supermarkets, fast food, restaurants, highway, gas, etc.

Woodspring Suites identifies primarily as an 'extended stay' hotel. They don't have an ice machine, which is understandable since there's a full size refrigerator/freezer in the room along with a cook-top. However, there were no ice cube trays in the freezer, so no way to make ice. There also wasn't any flatware, glassware, cookware in the room, but, unlike other extended stay places we've been where they will provide items on request, here you need to PURCHASE those items (according to their literature). The light switch/overhead lights in the room didn't work (tho the lamps worked and we had lots of sunlight through the window), the top of the bathroom faucet fixture came off, the literature required us to take out the trash (which we did so as not to get charge) and there was a charge for wi-fi because you could only connect two devices for free and I needed to connect my phone, my husband's phone and my laptop. Not impressed with this 'extended stay' motel.

Check in was fast and Cara(not sure if that's how she spells it). Was very welcoming and helpful. We stayed one night but needed to use the laundry and it was quick and the room was clean.

The location was perfect and staff was friendly.

I was fully aware that you had to pay for extras and I thought it would be no big deal. I wouldn't need them or extra towels. For as long as my stay was I would have thought I would get clean towels and a room clean after 5 days.
