Location was very convenient next to the highway and the location of my meeting

There was nobody at the front desk when I arrived shortly after 6:00pm. I had to check in at a virtual kiosk which took longer than normal and couldn't scan my documents properly. I reserved a Queen suite advertised to have a pullout couch/living room as well as a queen bed but there was no such couch in the room. Rather than try to deal with the kiosk again and get the correct room I just went with it.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The area was quiet.

There was a used washcloth left in the room and the bar of soap packaging had been open. It made me question of the soap was used by someone or not.
