It’s quite new!

Having to clean my own room from the occupants before me.

Nice location, clean and updated hotel. Friendly staff. We liked the full size fridge and microwave, as well as the large tv. Shower was good too.

Checking in after hours took a while on the kiosk. Luckily there wasn’t a line. It was located right inside the hotel entrance, so it was very difficult to hear anything when people were coming in and out. The walls/floors must be very thin because you can hear EVERYTHING going on in other rooms and in the hallway. In the room above us, it sounded like someone was pacing the floor and moving furniture around day and night. This is an extended stay, so keep in mind there will be all walks of life, dogs included. It would have been nice if the kitchen area supplied some plates, cups, utensils and a coffee maker too.

Location was great, price was good

The checking experience was not great. I like the concept of the kiosk to check in after hours as Im sure it saves them a lot of expense. But it was very hard to hear the person.

it feels safe at night time

1.) The room wasn’t completely clean at all when we arrived. There was a dirty, wet rug in the bathroom still and the room was so very dusty. We complain to the desk attendant and she said she gonna tell the housekeeper but we have to wait until our scheduled day of cleaning which is 2 days after. We decided to clean the room ourselves 😡 2.) There was no sofa that turns into bed as what they say on their advertisement. Only 1 small chair. 3.) There are people smoking weeds and it really stinks the hallways and the elevator. They need to improve the ventilation of the building or put some air freshener to neutralize the smell.

First, they didn't have our reservation that I made through booking.com. I don't know if that was the facility's fault or booking.com's. Then we had to wait for them to see if they had another room for us and they were terrible at communicating what they were doing behind the desk as we waited in the lobby.

Good stay. Great value. Nice location. Budget friendly

Overpriced, not sure if orbitz is over charging. They had weekly rate of $450, orbitz charged me 550 for 3 days. No front desk. Check in kiosk is a joke, couldn’t check in when we got there. Had to come back later and try.
