Location, most everything worked well except television. Had your maintenance guy up to reboot it. Still didn’t work well.

First day there I checked the air conditioner filters. Both could have made a nice fur coat. I alerted the maid she said it was maintenance persons job and she would alert the front desk. Never cleaned!Also credit card for laundry use. I carry lots of change with me.

I had to have my room changed the first or second day because of the noise in the hall and from the room above me. Children running the halls and children stomping, running and moving chairs above me. I stayed 10 days and payed all monies up front. I found items left in the room before me. Towels were not readily available.. Ventilation was pour into he rooms. They stunk when you first enter. The walls are thin. I heard people having sex next door is why I moved to a new room horrible experience here. I would never stay here again. I will never go through Expedia either new room. . I hor

Limited staff and hardly operational.

Wasn’t horrible. And was clean. But literally no soaps, shampoo etc.

The room was very nice. Big, full fridge. Stove top, although it didnt work. Microwave worked good. We loved the room. The lack of staff was disheartening. Check in after 5pm was horrible with the video check in. The video quality was absolutely ridiculous. Couldn't hear anything. Kept having to ask the person to repeat themselves, and he wasnt nice about it. That alone made us not want to do this place again

Tile floors in the rooms.

Kiosk situation, had to ask for blow dryer, iron, etc., but no one at desk after certain hours to ask, no ice machine, issues with the key cards
