I was very impressed with the level of service from the staff. They texted with me back and forth before my arrival and gave me great information about my travel in that was very helpful. Also, the next day, the same employee (Christa) was also very helpful in recommending activities for us to do including ice skating options and information about the gondola rides. She was really great!!!
