Perfect location, near the loop and close to a metro station. Spectacular view of the city from the apartment and from the skydeck. Great service and availability regarding amenities. Great strategic position, with a supermarket and Fulton square basically under the apartment

The hot tub was a little bit too hot

The building is very clean and rooms had all the amenities for cooking. Very nice shower and super nice staff. ❤️The Jewel Osco so close by was very convenient.

The bed is too soft and I could hear some neighbors yelling at night. Too industrial area.

The gym, the laundry, the workout areas, the library, the skyscape on floor 21 were nice.

Neither booking.com nor the hotel informed me that housekeeping was not included in the reservation. Parking fees were not informed to me that it will cost $70 a night. Was not informed that there was no late check out at noon even though the next reservation would not be coming in until 4 PM. I was told after the fact that I would’ve had to book a six night day to qualify for housekeeping and then was offered housekeeping at $100 plus daily tips. No elevator from the parking facility into the lobby area. No instructions on how to use the dishwasher or washing machine. No sound proofing of the room, could hear everything passing everyone’s door. There was nowhere in the contract at booking.com or the hotel at any of this was going to occur. As a long time traveler I would expect at least know the terms and conditions before going into the agreement.
