I didn’t like that the website said I could request a high floor but at check in i couldn't

Very safe,amazing staff..It was my birthday and they upgraded my room from a one bed to the two bed..I was very excited because that was my initial choice but it was $400 above my budget so imagine when I came and got the apartment I actually wanted and couldn’t afford at the time…They have a gym I didn’t get to use hopefully I will use it next month when I return..I loved my stay…the view was great the apartment was clean,it was close to everything I needed..There wasn’t any bottle of water on the apartment and there wasn’t a place to get water inside of the building either..I will suggest they keep a bottle or two incase of emergency…but there was a store just a walking distance away…I absolutely loved my stay

I have no complaints this was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Staff was super helpful, great location next to a grocery store and plenty of entertainment, bars & restaurants

No garbage can in bathrooms. Very small, niché issue

I felt like I was staying in a real Chicago apartment! Also it's the most intense, insane steam sauna I've ever seen, which is great. And the skylounge was transcendent.

No breakfast 🤨? No dinner🤨🤨??
