"Need better employees"

Waited 45 minutes to check in. 2 incompetent employees working the front desk. Had no clue what they were doing. Then another 30 minutes to check out. Checkout is at 11am and they figure a good time to take a break and put out a sign on the desk is at 10:30a! The room was very clean and had no issues.

"Best hotel stay ever."

Cleanliness of the hotel. The special accommodations! They also let me stay in the hotel until our flight later that night! Held our bags while we explored the rest of Chicago. This will always be my place of choice.

Couldn’t find beverages or vending machine.
