Not much shopping, lake views great, breakfast was okay Hotel had problems with very limited tv channels window blinds not operating, opening or closing screws left at shower shelf-hotel staff were notified and not able to rectify all issues

Not able to check in early but 3 on the dot. Pool was very rough and several large orb spiders inside the building that faced the water… lobby and pool area. Pool area was extremely hot and not ventilated well. Room was nice, though and view out the back was beautiful.

I stayed and was checking in at holiday in room 228 and someone upstairs above me was walking all night. The noise was starting at 5:00 AM - 7:45 AM this morning, I was repeatedly woken up by extremely loud footsteps and movement sounds coming from the room directly above mine. The noise was so disruptive that I was unable to return to sleep for the remainder of the night. The poor soundproofing in the ceiling made every footstep and movement from the upstairs room clearly audible in my room. I did like the view and the room is clean. Do you know when they were build the hotel, they probably used BAD quality or very cheap floors and from China or something!? Hotel room ceilings typically adhere to building code requirements, ensuring a minimum height of 7.5 feet for general areas and 7 feet for bathrooms, storage rooms, and other service areas. Materials are chosen for durability. I couldn’t believe I can hear someone keep walking from downstairs all night. Wouldn’t highly recommend this room or hotel for anyone ever again!
