The Cape

The room was nice, but very humid. Sheets felt wet due to high humidity in the room. Close to town.

Unfortunately the second day we stayed there , they had a sewer issue. Our toilet overflowed and fecal matter aka poop was in our tub. We were unable to shower or use the bathroom that entire night and next morning. If you had to use a bathroom in the middle of the night you had to walk to the pool house. Again , I know it was an unfortunate situation, but you would think management would have compensated us for that night. A future discount was offered , but we will not be returning as we were only in NJ for an event that weekend. We left early the next day because we could not shower and just wanted to get home and away from the horrid smell.

Great hotel that doesn’t break the bank. Good size for family of 4. The pool is a gem !

With this price I was expecting better facility

Property was ok but not considered as a resort and no service was available

We were there for my daughter’s graduation from the Coast Guard and the manager was super friendly and helpful. We drove in from Philadelphia airport and we arrived a couple hours earlier than the check in time and since our room was ready she let us in our room early.

We booked last-minute because a double-bedroom suite opened up in late July. it was expensive but we were desperate to get to the beach, hadn't been in years. The pictures on the website don't do it enough justice. the hotel is excessively clean. my wife has a hard time with cleanliness issues even at home but she was extremely happy here. the rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, facilities were useful, pool was beautiful (the waterfall was a great touch!), and the staff were very attentive and polite. The private bungalows look amazing and create such a cool vibe, we want to try one of those next time! i would re-book a stay here in a heartbeat!

The ONLY thing i could possibly complain about is the location. it's at a tough and confusing intersection and can be a little challenging to get in and out of the parking lot, plus it's a bit of a drive to get to the beach and other major Cape May sights. But we knew that going in, so it was fine.
