Hotel Verdant

Beautiful hotel. My only two comments deal with no real onsite parking. There is a small parking lot across the street but was full both times we wanted to pop back to the hotel for a quick minute. We had to park around the block at the second parking lot that was a bit more secure, but not as easy to access. Secondly, the rooms are beautiful; however, the first time we stayed, we had a very large room. Expecting the same style of room for the same price, we booked a second stay; however, this time time room was roughly 1/2 have the size for the same price. Very small and not a lot of room on either side of the bed. One side didn't have a night stand and I could not even walk beside it without turning sideways. The hotel is fantastic and these issue could be very minor to some. We will definitely be back, but we will need to call before we arrive to make sure we have the larger room that we can actually walk around in.

I thought i was in san francisco— big and small details are thoughtful - lots of green plants! i thought i was in California !! uncommon for wisconsin!

Excellent hotel room. We have two adults and two children, and our room had two Queen beds. What set this place apart from any hotel we’ve ever stayed in are two things: 12-ft ceilings and six feet of space between the foot of the bed and the dressers/desk/tv. Brilliant! Normally four of us in one room would be a nightmare but the Verdant felt palatial. Also the steep-based coffee maker is by far the best hotel room coffee we’ve ever made (creamers would be nice however). Will definitely stay here again. We got in very late and only stayed one night so I cannot comment on he other amenities, but this hotel is definitely worth any extra cost.

We stayed at Hotel Verdant for a wedding, and it was great. It's located downtown, so we were able to walk to many attractions, such as the art museum across the street, restaurants, and the lake. The hotel was beautiful and the service was excellent. Parking was just across the street and easy to get to. We also loved the rooftop bar for a quick drink and great fried pickles. The rooms are spacious -- we had a double queen for my husband, adult daughter, and me, and had plenty of room. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in Racine.

There was loud music outside our room from 5pm-10pm.

Room layout very odd ; no side table on on side of bed ; paid for a lane view / had to stand on my toes yo look out … one of the most uncomfortable rooms I have ever stayed in

We were there for a week. Beautiful hotel & well kempt. Nia at the front desk was a ray of sunshine everyday. She answered questions, very accommodating & a pleasure to chat with.
