"Charged me eight times for 1 room, 1 night"

Loved the room. Clean, roomy

Hotel charged my credit card SEVEN times until they emptied my bank account. Then refused me a room. Luckily i had enough cash in pocket. So paid 8 times for 1 room. They blamed mybank . Upon contacting my bank, bank shows they had in fact charged my card seven times . Manager at hotel assured me charges would drop off by morning, they did not! Manager said she would be in 5:30 am.she was no show. I went back before 7 am, still no show. Front desk called her, wouldnt answer. This has been awful experience as my bank acct is empty now... whatever flowery response this mgr may respond with....., the facts are this is exactly what happened and charges have not dropped off , my bank acct is empty and charges still pending after check out. Filed claim with booking.com
