Willcox Extended Inn and Suites

I have stayed here a couple of times. I love this place. I feel safe and the kitchenette is just a bonus. The rooms are super clean. The staff is amazing. My kids loved the pool too. The beds are so comfortable. Which is wonderful after a long day of travel. Everything is within walking distance. Even the booking was super easy. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Can't say anything bad as I loved my stays here every single time.

Bathroom light broken, making a lot of noise. window curtains pretty dirty.

The staff greeted me with bottles of water and smiles I enjoyed the breakfast and i liked that the property accepted pets for a $35 pet fee

I easy and convenient access to the highways for travel.

The manager of the property.Marie McCoombs. She held a staff meeting in the breakfast room during breakfast hours, where she had her staff, taking up all the tables. All while, my mum (80 yr) and I were making our breakfast, she yelled at and berated her employees. Telling them how good customer service should beir priority. All this while she sat with her feet up on another empty chair, leaving there's no place for us to sit to eat our breakfast. We stood in the corner eating when we had to ask If we could sit down..She was preaching to the staff to demonstrate good customer service,, while demonstrating the exact opposite. We should have never heard her reprimanding the employees. This should have been a closed meeting. The craziest thing i've ever heard was when she told them that she would reward them with stickers. She stifled an employee for speaking about how in the past., it used to feel like a family while working there. Apparently, the reason for the meeting was that the employees were complaining about her, and she got wind of it. This was the most incompetent way of managing people that I have ever seen. It was just gross misconduct by her all the way around.. When we asked for use a couple of chairs, she went ahead and dismissed the meeting and then had someone throw the wrinkled tablecloth onto the table. I am sure there are more qualified. People are out there to manage this establishment.

It was nice clean, places to eat nearby. I liked the lock on the door was a touch pad, not a slide card reader, I had trouble opening doors with a slide reader at other hotels, this one worked every time.

The 1/4 round shower looked cool but the shower head was not practical, I could not get away from the water to soap up. The front door sticks when you open it so you have to push hard to get it to open, in room 105.

Online the place looked OK but when arriving there was a person working on a car, a person sitting on the floor in their doorway of there room and a lot of people outside hanging out. We did not check in and found another place to stay.

Das erste Zimmer war schmutzig, der Boden war nur grob durchgefegt. Im Bad waren noch Haare von den vorherigen Gästen. Da verwundert es auch nicht, dass zu allem Übel wir dann auch noch Bettwanzen hatten. Wir bekamen deshalb ein anderes Zimmer (ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer) zugewiesen. Aber damit auch ein Upgrade auf noch mehr Schmutz. Überall lagen tote Fliegen und Haare herum, der Boden war wohl schon mehrere Monate nicht mehr geputzt worden (haben zum Beweis kurz mit einem feuchtem Tuch über den Boden gewischt) und ein altes T-Shirt von den vorherigen Gästen lag noch zwischen der Matratze und dem Bettrahmen. Zudem scheint das "Hotel" Dauergäste (Familien oder Saisonarbeiter) zu haben, die den ganzen Tag am Hotel herumlungern und zum Beispiel vor den Türen ihre Haare schneiden.

Waist of money.Bed sheets were stained, no shower curtain. Could not close the window curtain.
