"Dirty Room"

Dirty room- dirt and spill stains on floor- hair and fingernail clippings on bathroom floor. Trashcan had not been emptied and no towels. The front desk ladies were very apologetic and tried to be helpful. No other rooms available and it was late when we checked in or we would have searched elsewhere for a room. Called Hotels.com for help and only received a small refund and not in real money. The hotel supervisor said she couldn’t help since we booked 3rd party- just some Hilton Rewards points. All in all a waste of money. Booked here because they had the highest rating.

The room was clean. The pillows were flat. There was a blood stain on the top sheet and fitted sheet. The staff seemed less than thrilled to answer questions. TThe AC couldn't keep up, and it was damp in the room. The icing on the cake, was that we were charged a 200.00 fee for possible damages to the room. We had no children, no pets. This was not disclosed when the reservations were made. The ic
