The Swan Hotel

The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I would recommend requesting a room that overlooks the marina. We had a very nice porch with a great view and the afternoon breeze to cool us down after a hot day.

Location was perfect…We stayed in one of the cabins. Coffee was excellent, the shower was unbelievable and the staff very friendly and always accommodating. Lots of things to see and do around the area. We will be back soon. I highly recommend The Swan Hotel

In cottage. No table next to bed. Had to get out of bed to turn off light. Tub was very difficult to get in and out of for shower. Grab bar badly placed. Tv difficult to view from bed.

What a nice hotel! We had never visited Port Townsend before. We chose the hotel simply because of the proximity to the harbor where we would board the Puget Sound Express whale watching boat the next morning. We were out exploring Olympic National Park and didn't realize that the hotel's office would close. They took the initiative to contact us and make arrangements to provide us with the key via a lock box our door. It was so efficient! We walked into the cutest room. It was extremely clean. There was documentation in the room to let us know about the hotel (including WIFI password) and the area in general. There were plenty of nice large towels. That's definitely not something you find in all hotels. The only issue at all was that the parking lot is really small. But that's not even that bad because there is parking all over the area. I hope to come back and visit Port Townsend again and would love to stay in one of the Swan's cottages.

Rooms were modest but comfortable and clean. They don't use smelly cleaning products, and I noticed right away that the room smelled good and didn't trigger allergies. Location is great, quiet but close to the heart of historic downtown. Best of all was the customer service; they were super friendly and took great care to see that one of our party got the accessible room needed, and let us know when a room was available early. Plus we liked that our stay contributed to supporting maritime education. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Very clean room. I really appreciated that they didn't use scented anything. The sheets, bedding and towels were scent free. I would absolutely stay there again. A great place to be for the Victorian Festival. The staff was very friendly too.
