"Disappointed stay"

No bedbugs and hot shower

There were at least 25 ladybugs in my room!! Most were in the bathroom and all were crawling and flying around. When I arrived in the room the thermostat was set on 62 degree COOL setting. The light and fan was on in the bathroom. I thought that was odd. I guess whoever did that was hoping to get rid of all of the ladybugs but it did not work. It was freezing in the room! It was freezing outside also. I went to the desk to discuss it but there were several people waiting line so I returned to the room. I just had to sleep with a bunch of ladybugs. SMH. Plus NO BREAKFAST- so very sad about that.
