"Terrible night after 11 hrs drive. Looks can be deceiving!"

No Breakfast was available there. Just a coffee machine.

I was very confused by the front desk person and when I booked through you she said that it was a cheaper rate through her. But she added the deposit into the room price instead of separately. The rooms air conditioner/heater still mad a loud humming noise. Small parking lot right beside business that garbage bins were picked up and shook at 4:40AM dog barking right next door. The request was for a quiet area after driving 11 hours. Not happy about our first Booking with this chain.
