Very unique design. Beds were comfortable. Lack of signage throughout hotel made it difficult to find way around. But it was very modern and clean.

Great value for money for a downtown hotel.

Charming but Chilly - A Room With No View. The boutique hotel had a beautiful, historical yet modern vibe, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, our room was uncomfortably cold, with a draft from the windows and a thermostat that barely warmed the space. While the staff tried to help by offering think twin sized blankets and showing us alternative rooms, they were just as cold and drafty. Ultimately, we made do by running out to a store and purchasing an extra blanket and bundling up in layers, but it wasn’t the cozy experience we had hoped for. If you love historic charm and don’t mind packing extra layers, this hotel might work for you.

It was very clean and the room was a great size.

The only issue we had was we weren’t sure where to park or enter the building.

Hotels.com you misrepresented this hotel. There are no amenities. I hate to sound like a grinch but this was unacceptable. We asked for a quiet room yet there was machinery running all night long outside our room window. The tv was also inoperable as they had not set it up even though they have been open since 2019. Even the front desk could not get it to work. All we wanted to do was relax after a long day driving and feel that you have let us down in your description. No restaurants, no bar/lounge, and all we got was a noisy drafty room with a thin comforter. (They said only 50% occ that night so certainly they could have done better.). Also didn’t appreciate the $50 threat for key return after all the pre check waivers before arrival. Never again.

The staff was always very nice and helpful. Really, the only noticable issues were a loose caddy in the shower and some chips in the paint in this particular room. I highly recommend a stay there.

Unique room layout which we enjoyed! The elevators were a little rickety, but otherwise a really great place to stay!
