Hilton Buena Park Anaheim

I was happy each day with the housekeepers and how they cleaned the room. The things that could've been better were my check-in experience with Melissa and Calvin H. They didn't even greet me as a Hilton honors member, or even ask if I was one until I offered that info at the conclusion of check-in, just as I made a special request . While checking in, I requested a room with the view they could not accommodate me. I found that fascinating since I'm a Hilton honors member and the hotel has a huge vacancy right now that was disappointing. Once upstairs, they immediately called up to the room and said that we could switch rooms but before we committed, we just wanted to peek into the room first and they couldn't even do that even though we weren't even going to utilize the room I thought that was just ridiculous to offer us a room, but not let us look at it before committing to the room change there's gotta to be a better way. We weren't gonna use any facilities or undo any of the housekeeping or anything like that and we requested that we be supervised but they couldn't accommodate even that and we were two females traveling and they already had our drivers license. Nothing that is going to happen. Likewise, you can tell the mattresses are very worn. The mattresses need flipped. mine was concaved and it had no give. Over exceeded expect!!

Excellent hotel. This place was super clean and very pretty rooms. It was close to the Korean mall as well! Lots of food within walking distance right out the back of the hotel! Very good food!

For staff and service I would of given terrible because Steven at valet/concierge stood there and watched me put all my bags/luggage on the cart and when I was finished he asked me “is there anything else in the car” I said “no I got it all now” he said “ok good”! He just wasn’t very customer service friendly,seems arrogant! I called the hotel manager Michael and he was very nice and understanding and apologetic about what occurred ( he has cool orange glasses too) but Michael is the reason I am giving 5 stars for that category!

Very convenient to go through the Source OC . So many restaurants choice . Staffs were sooo friendly and helpful . The room was so clean and spacey . Very bright and pleasent and practical . Roomy bathroom too . We would go back again .
