The room controls in this hotel operate with a tablet--but I could not even change a TV channel with the tablet. They do provide an old-fashioned remote control (hidden beneath extra pillows under the bed). Although I turned off the TV twice, it came on while sleeping--and the front desk person had to come to my room at 1:45 am to unplug the television! (It was not easily accessible.) Also, there are no drinking glasses in the rooms, making it hard to take vitamins or medication. I've never stayed in a hotel without even a plastic glass! I turned off the AC twice (on the tablet) and it kept coming on again as well. The hotel manager was receptive to my reviews but could not do anything to change the room design and operation.

Séjour absolument parfait ! Tout était réuni pour une expérience mémorable. La chambre était magnifique, moderne et entièrement domotisée, offrant un confort technologique très appréciable. L'emplacement est idéal : l'hôtel est situé en plein cœur de l'un des meilleurs quartiers de Boston. Il est très facile de tout explorer à pied, et nous avions un accès direct aux transports en commun juste au pied de l'établissement, ce qui est extrêmement pratique. L'accueil était superbe, avec un personnel aux petits soins, et le petit déjeuner était excellent avec un grand choix de qualité. Une adresse que je recommande vivement pour visiter Boston dans les meilleures conditions !

The room was a little cramped. The bathroom is not very private.
