Clean, modern, and great location. Parking deck for parking allowed for plenty of parking spaces. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Avoid this hotel if you want a pleasant experience. I stayed here for 5 nights for a business trip. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room, refill my coffee or water bottles, or replace my towels once. Housekeeping service is supposed to be provided on a daily basis, and for the prices this hotel charges, this service is expected and should be provided.
The Westin in Gwinnett is such a lovely hotel. Abin checked us in and was very friendly and kind. The staff were incredibly helpful and so friendly. We came for a concert at the gas south arena, so the location was perfect for us. Close proximity to the Mall of Georgia, and across the street from a Kroger if you need anything. The rooms are completely clean and so comfortable. The ac works perfectly and you’ll stay cool all night. Despite how busy the hotel was when we stayed, it was quiet. The Westin is a wonderful place to stay, and was worth every penny.
This is a fantastic place to stay!
