I had a great 3-night stay at the Westin ATL Gwinnett recently. Friendly staff, clean and comfy room, easy parking, but working huge hours didn’t allow me to enjoy much of the amenities. Yet the long hours were made easier by Belene and the SweetSong Bar staff! Fantastic service with great drinks and food. Thanks again for all of the hospitality!
The Property was five star. However I was charged for parking and Expedia told me it was a VIP Access benefit
Last month we stayed at the property for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. The stay was lovely, but what really made it extraordinary was Belene’s excellent service at SweetSong’s bar. She went above and beyond to make our celebrations extra special.
This was my first time visiting and i thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Saxon/Marwa both were assigned to my table and I was beyond pleased! They were kind, patient, very loving and Saxon recommendation to me and my friend was super! We had the lemon basil chicken dip and the sugar loaf burger- Blue Ribbon! Blessings and Much Success - thank you for making my stay a enjoyable and memorable one!!
USKorean Bowl was amazing!!! Michael was amazing! Restaurant is beautiful and staff was friendly. Bartender was great! Everything came out in a timely manner. Definitely will be back.
Staff is embarrassingly bad. From the kid at valet to the front desk guy to the bartenders. Rude. Valet was aggressive when I was just trying to check in. Front desk was rude to my wife. Dismissive and condescending. Bar closed at 10:30 on a Saturday night and bartenders could not have been worse while the drinks were $34 per drink. Seriously awful cocktails. The restaurant menus are not edible. They are obviously created by somebody forgetting you’re in a crappy little suburb of crappy Atlanta. There is nothing to eat unless you want the smelly fish from a bad restaurant in an irrelevant suburb of Atlanta. The room is poorly laid out and our bathroom door handle is broken. Shower is awful. Walls are paper thin. Shockingly noisy.
It was an amazing hotel. Spotless, friendly staff. The rooftop bar and the bar in the lobby provided great entertainment
