The fastest WiFi I have ever had in a room. The location is perfect for Capital Reef, for Grand Staircase Escalante drive to Bryce Canyon, and as a starting place to do the Torey to Medicine Hat world class drive including Glen Canyon

Location, clean, perfect little accommodation. No complaints.

Great location, quiet, spacious and comfortable.

My husband and I stayed here 2 nights. The location is ideal, close to restaurants and Capitol Reef which we loved. Check-in was completely contactless and very easy, especially since we arrived later in the evening. The bed was comfortable, and having a small kitchen was a nice bonus. We didn’t cook but we did enjoy a bottle of wine outside while taking in the beautiful views.

These are cute little bungalows. They are not elegant, but they are clean, comfortable and spacious and they have a kitchen. The bed was amazingly comfortable and having the refrigerator and microwave were great. It’s a self check-in property but the management communicated frequently and clearly and everything went smoothly. They also made clear they were available if need be. Oh, and there’s a level 2 EV charger on the property which was very convenient for us

Nothing, it was great. It would be nice if management would space out the guests when it’s not at full capacity, like the end of November as we had noisy neighbors (not the property’s fault!), and it would be helpful if the communications noted where on the property the charger is located
