Everything was clean, in working order, and modern look.

Not really a complaint but maybe just a suggestion. Need an ice bucket for the rooms, not just the paper cups.

Elevator very slow, condensation on the air vent by the elevator dripped on our heads, condensation will lead to mildew hotel needs a dehumidifier.

Location. Coffee available 24/7

I did not like being charged $30 for “incidentals” when we checked in. We did not use any “incidentals” during our stay; so I have to wait and monitor my credit card to see that I get credited back that fee.

Sorry to say but all the food is sub par. “Hospital grade”. What was great was that the room was clean & new. The bed & pillows were the best ever!

Poor quality food. Keep it minimal but not below grade. It was too difficult to receive the soap & conditioner nc the plastic bottles are too hard to squeeze. The room was TOO NARROW. Just like the seats on a plane.
