My room didn't have enough towels for 4 people or soap. No microwave either.

The entire building and room smelled like there had been smoking for a long time in it. The bedding smelled also. I sprayed it all with Lysol. The king size bed had three pretty beat up pillows. There was no blanket just a top sheet and the bedspread. For one night it sufficed, but generally kind of yucky.

The building smelled of smoking in rooms around ours!! Really bad smoking smell! Left one day earlier than planned cause of smell. Last day pot smell took over cigarette smell !!!

If you ever find yourself in Paradise, don't stay here...it's hell. Dirty, unfriendly and uncomfortable all at a higher than normal price. Choice Hotels should be ashamed to have this hotel as a part of their brand. Look at the pictures and ask yourself if you'd like to stay here? The "front room" of the lobby used as a business center is locked and "out of order." We asked to stay on the ground floor away from the elevators, well all there was is creaky steps that patrons stomped up all night long. Someone was using a power drill to fix something in the office around 10pm. We asked for a king but received two double beds. Luckily we had a sheet, blanket and pillows we brought from home because we didn't want to get under these filthy sheets! No ice or breakfast like most Choice Hotels at this price point but you'd probably not want to use those either!

Similar to a skid row flophouse! Over priced; over rated. Minimal amenities. Refrigerator freezer full of ice thus unusable. Soft drink vending machine out of order. TV remote usage required an engineering degree. Desk has seen better days. Needs replacement.. Not my further CHOICE!

This hotel looks nice from the outside, but inside is another story. I can sum it up in one word....YUCK! Carpet is stained and gross (Do not remove your shoes). Towels are worn out and gray colored. Room smelled awful. Front desk lady was rude. Worst Choice Hotel that I have ever stayed at.

This hotel was accidentally booked. We intended to stay at the Rodeway Inn Amish Country (10min down the road). As we were enroute and realized the mistake I contacted the hotel directly. I explained what occurred. The manager advised since there was not a pool at their location and we had not checked in he was willing to cancel the reservation and refund my money to stay at the Rodeway Inn Amish Country. I thanked him and then we booked there. My money has never been returned. I have contacted Choice Hotels and Rodeway Inn Owners with no success. The manager is refusing to return calls and has stated per Rodeway Inn "there is no refund." I would not have stayed at the Amish Country if I was not told we were getting the amount refunded for only a 10min drive for one night! I will continue to fight but be very cautious about staying at this property.

We checked in and dropped our stuff off to go out for the evening. We didn't examine everything because we just needed to use the bathroom and head out to dinner. We got back around 9:30 pm and turned back the sheets to get into bed. They were stuck together with something gooey. There were also long hairs between the sheets and oily substances stained on both the top sheet and sad attempt at fitted sheet. We didn't have any where else to stay at that point but we left immediately. We drove an hour to get to head south closer to our destination for the next day. I was traumatized - looks like a hotel featured in "the first 48"- left before looking for a body.

Room was.not clean, bed had hair in it, under mattress was filthy. Would never stay there again. Price was cheap. We did not feel safe. Place was away in the country. My advice do not waste your money.

We want to enjoy a night in Lancaster. Room was clean. Non-smoking. Everything was perfect except no coffee or breakfast snacks. They could improve in this area. It was peace and White which was a major plus!
