The host at the front desk was nice.

The room was horrible. Soon as I walked in the floor looked like it hasn’t been cleaned. Cobb webs in the corner. Went to the bathroom to shower and huge German roach in the shower. Hairs on the floor and shower pubes as well. The beds are firm. The pillows are very small and cheap. Worse than hospital pillows. If I had other options and could have drove further I’d left.

The hotel we booked and payed 80$ for said 52$ online then they changed it later not to mention filthy !!! Blood on the walls and the bathtub was dirty and had corn in it ?! The walls had dirt and god knows what on them! Floors turned my kids socks black ! My daughter was freaking out to sleep in the bed bc there was so much dirt in the sheets ! Definitely the worst place I’ve ever stayed ! Not worth 80$ I dont know if I’d pay anything! Just skip this place all together and pay more ! We came late at night and had no other choice! This was from the moment we walked in ! And the microwave was brown inside with nasty liquid and the refrigerator was not working and only 1 light bulb! This was the worst place I ever stayed ! I woke my family up at 3 am and flee!!!!!

The ladies on staff were amazing! From check in to the exceptional cleaning service. We enjoyed our stay. We did end up leaving early due to the incoming cold weather. But that was also no hassle and even got asked about the wedding we attended. Super sweet if needed again would 100% stay!!!

No complaints.

"When you book a room , you expect to get the type and location of the room you reserve when you get"

The room was neat and clean

The room I booked and reserved was or a single King bed on the lower level ground. . What I got was an up stairs room with two double beds. AND the basics TV set up did not work. I had to get the desk clerk to come to the room and fix the TV set so I could watch it.
