"For over $1,200 for three nights, the property was disappointing due to poor cleanliness and unpleasant conditions."

The view.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. There was visible dust under the beds, the bathroom was not properly cleaned (including the walls and shower curtain), and there was an unpleasant odor in both the room and the hallways, which at times smelled like food
