AC Hotel by Marriott Honolulu

部屋のデザイン、ホテルの新しさはよかったです。

シャワー室のアメニティーの補充ができてなく、残念でした。ホテルの場所ですが、一方通行が多いホノルルの街中で、ホテルの前に行き着くのに思いの外、時間がかかってしまいました。アクセス方法にアドバイスあると助かったなあ〜と思います。

ホテルはきれいでした。

宿泊初日、なぜか朝の4時に突然テレビがついて驚いて起きて怖い思いをしました。同じ日に、他の部屋に泊まった方も突然テレビがついたそうで、以前の宿泊者のタイマー設定か何かかなと話したのですが、リモコンを見る限り、タイマーの設定はなさそうで結局原因はわかりませんでした。翌日からは突然つくことはなかったです。また、シャワールームに置いていた私物のボディタオルが掃除の後になくなっていたので、捨てられたのかなと思います。置いておかないほうがいいかもしれません。

The AC Honolulu is my go to hotel in downtown Honolulu. It is very well situated for business travelers. The hotel staff strive to make every guest feel welcome. It is easy to use public transportation or Uber and is probably the closest nice hotel to the airport. Not more than a 10-15 minute ride usually. The rooms are set up to allow for relaxation or work and they have some in house areas for different types of food. Although it is not a resort property, it is perfect for a business traveler.

The location

That the rooms were not cleaned every day, only every other day and I complained to the lady receptionist and she is very rude to me said it changed the cleaning system during covid i travel a lot all the hotels I’ve been thru the cleaning is everyday.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Good restaurant and bar on site.

Yes seven eleven right across

First of all, the rooms are very small, almost like a cruise ship stateroom. The area has lots of homeless people hanging around. The restaurant is no bargain. $18 for 2 pancakes seems excessive to me, even for Hawaii.
