Staff were kind and helpful. Clean, modern, spacious for the hotel category, in terms of every area (rooms, common areas, gum, etc). The bathroom was delightful, and quality of the ‘Cambria’ towels as well as the Bluetooth mirror were nice touches.

In terms of property features, the only thing missing was a pool. The in-room lighting controls were a bit testy and the closet/drawers could have been larger. The ‘pay to park’ was pretty ridiculous as the property shared a wide open lot with a business park and restaurants. Felt like a cash grab, as did the self-service store in the lobby as it was via a 3rd party vendor app.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The room was comfortable and quiet, which made it easy to relax. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was also very convenient for getting around. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was great.

The guy at front desk was professional and did his best to handle the situation. He was polite and tried to resolve the overlooking issue, even though it was beyond his control.

Unfortunately, the hotel canceled my reservation due to overbooking in Los Angeles. The good thing is that they did not charge me anything. However, it was upsetting to see some guests, including families with children, unable to find accommodation, especially since most hotels in Los Angeles were fully booked that day.
