When checking in the front desk guy gave me a room to where the key didn’t work, after telling him he gave me another room after opening the room there was someone in there, he then gives me another room (same one he gave me at first and it still wasn’t opening) went to tell him again it doesn’t open he didn’t believe me he walked me to the room. I was given someone else room and told I would need to change rooms the following day given the fact that it was someone else room. The receptionist guy then told me there was no need to speak to a manager because he would take care of me. Also while my who inconvenience was happening ANOTHER lady who had booked on line prior to getting there was left without a room because they had overbooked, but this lady had already paid before her arrival. Felt so bad for her as well because she was out of state and was only here for work from what she told me.(btw my check in process took almost 1 hour and a half). I had to speak to the hotel manager Kathy the following day and was told parking would be refunded and a night stay would be compensated. (Only because my stay was on valentine’s day and everything else was booked out or else i would’ve stayed elsewhere), but ever since it’s been almost two months and I have yet to receive the refund promised by the hotel manager . I was told I would also get a full refund for my parking because of this inconvenience and again I have yet to receive it. This has been the worst experience I have had with a hotel, management told me they couldn’t do the refund because I booked through booking so I would have to contact Booking.com, after doing that booking.com submitted a claim and because there was no response from the property they were not able to compensate the one night stay that Kathy said she would, instead booking.com compensated me a small amount which is not comparable to the big inconvenience I had when checking in or the one night stay that was promised.

L'hôtel est moderne et les équipements sont adéquats, facile à accéder, parking sur place

La qualité du petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur du prix demandé! le parking sur place est très cher alors qu'il n'y a rien aux alentours qui justifie ce coût. Les tâches sur la méridienne dans les chambres laissent à désirer.
