Very smelly… no lights but inside the bathroom. Staff kinda slow.

The manager was rude, that staff was nice. We had some problems with the water (shower) wouldn't work the manager came in to look at and suggested we didn't need to shower every day we told him is wasn't in option we needed to and then he on loosened the bolts and the water came on. It took them the next day to get the TV to work properly and breakfast that they serve complimentary was a pan of eggs unheated sausage watery gravy and just enough to feed the the first few guests no more then 10 people and wasn't restocked knowing he was booked almost full

Hotel needs upgrades carpet is nasty the room we checked into had roaches all in and around the fridge we were given another room we checked it over it was cleaner but will not stay here again

Excellent stay. The staff was exceptional, helpful in every way.. The room was clean. I was given everything I asked for , during my stay. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to someone else.

The pool was green the air was broken they wouldn’t keep breakfast replenished the bathroom sink faucet was leaking everywhere.

Great stay off the strip but close enough to get there quick! They called and checked on us before we checked in so they could have the a/c on and the room cooled off

I loved the Mountain View. The staff was extremely friendly. They had a good breakfast each morning.

Hotel NEEDS to be RENOVATED.Rooms ARE outdated. CHEAP TOWELS, OLD PHONE, NO ALARM CLOCK, LITTLE KIDS STATED THEIR ROOM HAD A RAT. MINE DIDN'T. Pool isnt cleaned. Pool guy didnt do a great job. HE WAS CLEANING WHEN I ARRIVED. BUT HOW? STILL GREEN AND DIRTY. Breakfast needs updating. Offers biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, toast bagels, cereal, muffins, and waffles. Great choices but owner needs to hire someone to do that job. He was running irratic. Biscuits were cold.One could tell they were frozen biscuits. WARM THEM IN OVEN, UPDATE WAFFLE MAKER, GRAVY TASTED LIKE FLOUR AND WAS TOO SALTY. COFFEE WASN'T STRONG. GREAT BREAKFAST CONCEPT BUT ADD FRUIT. BANANAS, ORANGES, APPLES. ADD OATMEAL, SOME PEOPLE DON'T EAT CEREAL OR BREAD. TIME SHOWS 7AM-9AM MON-FRI & 7:30A-9A SAT&SUN BUT OPENS AT 7:45 WHEN OWNER GETS THERE. ELEVATOR IS IN POOR CONDITION. FITNESS EQUIPMENT DOESN'T WORK. FOR THE COST OF HOTEL IN THIS TOURIST TOWN, IT SHOULD LOOK AND OFFER BETTER AMENETIES THAN IT DOES. IT HAS POTENTIAL.I RECEIVED THE ONLY ROOM WITHOUT A BALCONY AND I PAID FOR IT. WENT BACK AND WAS TOLD ALL ROOMS SOLD.COME BACK IN THE MORNING AFTER 11AM TO SEE IF ONE WAS AVAILABLE. A DESCRIPTION OF MY ROOM CHOICE WAS LISTED ON THE ITINERARY. I DIDN'T HAVE TIME, DO TO HAVING AN EVENT TO ATTEND. EVERYONE WANTS TO MAKE MONEY BUT YOU HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF WHATS BRINGING IN YOUR MONEY. PROPER CLEANING AND MAINTAINENCE. STOP SHORTING GUESTS. I HOPE THE OWNER READS THE REVIEW AND TAKES IT TO HEART. HE IS CARING.

Overall it was okay. A few complaints the beds were very uncomfortable, no soap/shampoos were provided when we arrived or when they came for housekeeping. The towels, and sink had black hairs on them.

It was dirty and the pool was disgusting and when I told the front manager they said it would get handled and it never did. The hallways and elevator smelled like wet dog and 5 days of me being there I never had anyone offer me new towels and when I asked them for new towels the lady looked at me crazy! I didn’t even have a toilet paper roll in my room but had a moldy watered wall!! When I pulled my bed back I was greeted with someone’s hair!! Never again!!
