Vista Suites of Pigeon Forge

I reserved a king sized room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Indoor & outdoor pools and a hot tub. I got extra fees, dirty rugs, broke shower rod, broken curtains. Soda pop had been poured in the sink. The bathroom had a smell.Our balcony. Was very tiny and over looked the back of restaurants. The love seat was stained. The out door pool had green slime on the walls and the water looked green. The indoor pool was cleaner but in poor shape. The hot tub worked great but was outdated. Oh yeah and the soft drink machine was broke. It took my $2.

The staff was friendly and quick to accommodate your needs. Rooms were spacious and clean would definitely return.

Outdated and dirty

Very outdated. The shower had mold spots. The shower rod was hanging on barely with one screw. The balcony was tiny! The coach on our room looked like ot has been used one too many times and had stains on it.

Over all it was a great stay. However the bed wasn’t comfortable and the breakfast was minimal when I went down to get some.

The manager is a very nice man and is very helpful and the night manager Jasmine is very nice and a hard worker. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a beautiful property

Unfortunately this property was subpar at best. Checked into the first room there were black stains on the sheets and other stains on the comforter, and to add to it there were “hairs” on the night stand… Moved to room 2, same stains on comforter and not as noticeable black stains on the sheets, but also as hot as the 7th gate of h*ll. Tried a fan, the air conditioning and still nothing… Moved to the 3rd room of the night….walk in and greeted by a full size refrigerator in the middle of the room, why it was there I’ll never know, physically moved it across the room to the correct spot, only to discover the tub was completely rusted around the drain, and a freshly patched hole in the wall leaving a large white visible patch mark for all to see… Jasmine the night auditor was absolutely fantastic, very empathetic, understanding and went over and above to accommodate… Neil the other front desk employee was absolutely terrible, combative and lacked any sort of empathy to even assist me. Thankfully Expedia was on the line to hear the entire interaction with this employee…still taken aback by his poor customer service.

The first set of room keys didn't work so we went back down (7th floor) and got another set. The second set of room keys also didn't work and we had to go back down again and I guess the staff thought we were doing it wrong and came back up to test the second set which still didn't work. Staff went back down and came back fifteen minutes later to put us in another room stating that the card reader wasn't working. There was no air in the hallways and it was over 90 degrees outside. We finally get into a room and the room was almost 90 degrees. They tell us to turn the air on and it will cool off. We set the air on high on 62 and leave for dinner. We return a few hours later to a room that was still 87 degrees. It took ten attempts to call the front desk which I had to use my cell for half of due to the room phone not working for staff to only offer a box fan for the inconvenience. It was cooler outside than in the room, it felt like the heat was on. So we didn't sleep because it was suffocatingly hot. Meanwhile the neighboring room screamed, cussed, and audibly hit her small son the entire time we were there. It was awful I wish we had just slept in our car at least we would have had air.

Hotel was nasty everything had stains including bedding trash in bags in the hall way air conditioner did not worm
