Housekeeping does not straighten room daily

The best thing about this property was location for the event that we were there for. When we arrived, we found our room to have a stopped-up toilet, hotel staff weren't very friendly or helpful, only one ice machine and it wasn't working for a 7-story hotel. We were told no refunds and to reuse the towels that were provided in the room. (3 towels) The front desk attendant had to turn in a work order for maintenance on the stopped-up toilet because they didn't have a plunger. We were gone for 8 hours and returned to find that the toilet had not been taken care of, reported it again to a different front desk person who stated that they would be right up. An hour later, I was back down at the front desk to see what was going on and he was just getting their plunger to come up and take care of it. We never made it to the "hot" breakfast because our friends went down and said that "the eggs had the texture of grits, no meat, no milk for the cereal, no creamer for the coffee, and the waffle batter sticks to the waffle maker and burns." We would've checked out yet were told that the hotel would have to approve a refund and the owner had already stated, at check-in, that there would be no refunds. We definitely will not be staying here again!

first thing when you walk in, the lobby is very hot, not running any ac in the lobby. the guy that was working was pretty slow to respond, he was on the phone with someone and i had to wait like 5 to 10 mins. it was a person cell phone call, as he had them on speaker. they advertise hot breakfast. the next morning, they only had 5 mini muffins and a couple of jellies packet. the same guy was there and i asked when it started. he said it had started and that is all they are having for breakfast. very disappointing as the hot breakfast was one of the selling points of picking this hotel. the actual room was pretty tidy and clean, but i never once saw any maid service happening the whole time i was there. the ac work just enough to keep the room from being miserable. other guest we would pass though the hallway were complaining of similar stuff. the hot water was just luke warm. i know other guest as well as us, complained to the guy at the front desk about that.

Breakfast was horrible. Very little food and the gravy was too salty to eat. Muffins were stale and juice tasted old, or expired

This is tge worst Hotel i have stayed at. They do not change sheets or dirty towels. After asking about it they only change the bed linen when you leave as well only change towels and wash colths after you checkout

Continental breakfast consisted of steal cereal water downed 2% milk a couple pastries. Service had a sign to call a number because noone was at the desk. Pool was green no maid service until Saturday sprinkler coming out of ceiling door wouldn't shut on its own had to make sure it was shut when leaving. No hot water

I’ll be back. It was very nice. Andrew was very helpful. Very sweet and respectful. Hotel was clean, love the balcony to our room. Didn’t eat the breakfast slept in lol a friend of ours stayed there too, and said the breakfast was amazing. Next time we’ll get that. I love the fact that I didn’t hear anybody next-door in the hallways compared to other hotels. I felt at home love how they had Netflix in Disney that you could sign into. I normally bring a Roku and having that top that it was amazing felt like at home. Again, thank you Andrew for the wonderful help. We will be back.

It was terrible the air didn't work the water wasn't hot dirty towels

The hotel itself wasn’t bad and the beds was firm the room was clean but let me tell you about the staff which I believe was the owner he is really rude and not business like in any means and he needs to update the app on Expedia it is advertised as breakfast included- well that was totally false he charges extra if you want breakfast so I won’t be going back there too stay .

The room was nice and clean but the air conditioner ran but put off very little air....not a good thing when it is over 100 degrees. When I asked about it the staff said it was like that in every room and not to bother complaining cause the owner would do nothing about it. Fortunately it was a short trip. Would stay there again but would have to be in colder weather.
