Vista Suites of Pigeon Forge

The motel was good and friendly. Ice makers didn't work and breakfast the day we eat wasn't that good.

First room we were given was not cleaned from previous renter. Was given another room with some attitude from desk attendant. This room was just as gross only difference was the bed was made and towels were hung up. The carpets were stained and had burn holes. The sheets and comforter had holes and stains. The bathroom sink leaked and had a rag wrapped around the faucet to direct the water into the sink. Mold around the shower. Holes, marks and dirt on walls. HVAC unit was nasty dirty. Light fixtures has bulbs missing. Shower had plastic bag wrapped around it because of a leak. Stains on ceiling. The front desk clerk was rude to the people checking in before me and had an attitude addressing my issues. Said he was ready to start kicking people out. This weekend was a Hot Rod event so there was limited space at surrounding hotels. We were only staying one night. So we utilized our own blankets and pillows. Did not want to step foot in that shower. I also have videos but this site would only allow pictures.

The hotel had no room cleaning service. There was mold in the shower. The mirror was cracked. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice.. the ice machine was not working.

Rooms were smelly and dirty. Ceilings were falling apart, there were flakes of it on our bed and floor. Mini fridge was sticky. And Elevators were sketchy. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

Our stay was terrible. I had a business trip. The front desk was rude . The breakfast area dirty with no breakfast but coffee and muffins not all that was shown. No hot water in the room the bathroom shower had hair in it , room smells, Jacuzzi and pool was dirty and had a pee smell. Only thing good was the t.v and the quietness of the place .

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I was told no refunds no matter even if I had an emergency and had to check out early. Stains in the carpet, stains on the bed cover and curtains with small holes. No hot water for 3 days because I want informed the hot water tank was drained before checking in. Bed was like sleeping on concrete with a blanket. The hotel room phone did not work and when I asked them to fix was told if I needed a phone to apply for a government phone. Light bulbs were broken and when ask for them to be replaced they handed my light bulbs and told me to fix it, I denied and said it’s your job I’m a paying customer. Hotel staff were rude and just sat around the lobby playing on their phones. When I told them about the bed and ask them for a different room they said there was nothing they could do. I had to use the same towel for a week because they said they didn’t have a cleaning person. I would not recommend the hotel to anybody. I would rather sleep in my car.

The rooms are run down not the cleanest, the spell of the dirty carpet was over whelming.I had to change rooms four times due to my standard of being clean. Finally the sixth floor was room was a lot better. The property was very clean on the outside and the staff was very friendly. The clerk Joesph went above and beyond to accommodate my stay. Refrigerators in room were turned off with standing foul Smelling water on the shelf’s. The ice machine did not work. Pool was dirty

The maintenance man who was staying next door to us made the trip really memorable. There was a bear harassing the cars in the parking lot but he kept up in the loop and safe. I don’t remember his name but me and my husband both think Marvin the maintenance man (may or may not be his actual name) was the best part of our trip to gatlinburg. Anyways, parking is easy, room was clean, pool is set up like a theme park pool, bed wasn’t very comfy hence the 4 stars but overall, the value was great.
