Staff unprofessionally complained about her management team Property not meeting the minimum sanitation and operational standards for a hotel hosting guest No A/C in the building including rooms No hot water on the building including room Dirty rooms #408 and #508 Blood Stain linens and stain mattresses along with hair between the sheets No TV channels nor cable No Wi/fi No breakfast I arrived at Minoan’s I was out within 6hr same day from a reservation of 2 day I’m requesting a refund that so far was denied Will escalate this complain I have pictures

When we arrived we waited 10 mins before we could check in because a sign stated will be right back. Come to find out the owner was just sitting beside us watching tv the entire time knowing we needed to check in. Once we got checked in and went to our room we automatically knew it was going to be good. Stains all over the beds carpet pulled up from floor and wall wires hanging from ac unit. Toilet paper holder broken no toilet paper or any type of soaps. When booked was told free breakfast get there and ask about it we got told it’s not included in our booking at it was an extra $10 PER PERSON PER MORNING for hotel breakfast. The following morning woke up to shower absolutely NO hot water and cops were called on owner due to people wanting to leave and get refunded and owner not wanting to refund. Bags full of trash on elevator. Outside was not taken care of at all trash everywhere the smell of cat urine was so bad you could smell it in the room if you opened the balcony door. Owner (receptionist) was never to be found when needing something all around not worth the money or hassle. The health department needs to get involved and shut the place down it’s so bad.

No hot water,terrible water pressure,handrails on outside pool very shaky,coming out pf groundshaky

By far my worst stay at a hotel. The room appeared clean at first, however, the shower area clearly had not been cleaned. There was soap scum remnants on the tub and dirty washcloths on the shower rod. A hand towel in the bathroom had crumbs on it when I used it to dry my hands. Limited food options for breakfast and things were left not restocked even at 8 am. I found a GIANT grasshopper as well as a cockroach at some point in my room, but still alive. When I complained to management I was told it’s because I “booked an economy room” as if that makes it ok for the room to be dirty. Also was not offered any type of discount.

Lots of broken items, unsatisfactory pool. Poor breakfast quality

The food area wasn't clean, the balcony door wasn't wanting to open. The beds were extremely uncomfortable And for them to have an inside pool, it closes to early

The breakfast was so bad that we didn’t even eat. Things seemed dirty. We didn’t trust the waffle maker. Bagels were hard. No yogurt or milk. Even the oj was warm.

The staff at check in polite. The gentleman for breakfast was aggressive about food availability. I asked about the cereal empty and it was 8:30, breakfast over at 9, not replenishing any more. The hotel was great for indoor and outdoor pools: reason I chose this hotel due to unpredictable weather. Bed comfortable, pillows not my favorite. Toliet paper holder broke. Towels very thin.
