Clean modern room. Motel structure, but felt safe. Noise machines provided, but quiet enough without using. Close to beach, restaurants and boutiques - all easy walk. Coffee maker in room. Beds comfortable. No elevator- so if mobility is an issue -something to consider. Two downsides- no privacy if you want to put shades up, even a little- and mini fridge was not working in room. (Room 10).

OOF! First stay at a Sonder property and it was rough. Zero staff on property when I arrived and the 'easy access" code didn't work to enter my room. the few amenities they do offer weren't working or inaccessible: iron broken, had to search the property for a ironing board, couldn't find me another iron, so gave me a steamer, two different steamers were also broken. I also wasn't aware that they don't service your room during your stay? sort of like getting the worst parts of both AirB&B and Hotel: no body on site to handle concerns/requests and a small room with very limited amenities.

The style of the room was cool. The bed was comfortable. The location was near the beach. The staff were fantastic. The area was safe and beautiful.

The room was quite small so it was hard to open a suitcase on the ground inside the room. There was no gate surrounding the property so anyone could come up to the door of the room.

I loved the location literally just a walk to the beach and it was right of PCH.

Limited staff was very interesting. Our first night our shower started to flood because the water wasn’t going down the drain we had to put like 6-7 towels to make sure the water didn’t leak out into the actual room. We contacted the customer service line since it was after hours they said they would send maintenance in the morning, but no one arrived to fix it so before heading out I went to the front desk and told them the situation and they finally got it fixed. I will say it is a nice hotel but the walls are very very thin you can hear every thing your neighbors are doing and I mean everything which made the stay a little difficult to get any sleep.

Love staying with Sonder! Our room looked to be newly remodeled. The decor was great, clean place and great location central to downtown Laguna and across the street from beach access! Highly recommend staying here for your next Laguna CA trip!

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel stay. Everything is digital and the room was very functional and cute. It’s also an easy 10 to 20 minutes beach to a whole bunch of restaurants in Laguna Beach. The price per night was reasonable as well. I love the modern decorations in the room and the couches and tables outside in the common area on the second floor. Being able to restock myself from the main office is so super convenient. Overall, really recommend and I would come back.

Great place to stay in Laguna Beach. Beautifully designed rooms and guest suites that are sparkling clean! It has an Airbnb feel with the ease of self check in but with hotel style amenities and staff at the desk for anything you may need during your stay. Will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful, spotless room. Hotel across the street from a beautiful beach. Good bed, linens and shower. Good parking. Nice neighborhood. Room has fridge with coffee machine and coffee. Microwave in public area. Affordable rate. Good communication. I loved everything and will be back.
