Loved the hotel very easy to get to and it was a very pleasant stay

The facilities were nice, but clearly not worth over $400 a night! The location, for me, was excellent. Everything was very clean.

Almost everything. Biggest concern: I paid for my reservation through booking.com. This seemed fine until I got to the hotel. I was asked to give my debit card, again. The purchase was duplicated, leaving my bank account overdrawn. then, I was asked to check in again, the next day. This made sense because I had made two reservations. However, the girl at reception was strong arming me into giving them $75. This is supposed to be for “incidentals.“ obviously, I could not give anyone $.75, much less $75. My bank account was overdrawn making my Apple credit account payment fail. So I had no money and I would not have any money until the Artisan corrected their mistake. However, they kept telling me to contact Booking.com, even though Booking.com had done everything correctly. The facilities were nice but there were no real “amenities.“ I am not sure why I was paying over $400 for the room and $75 for amenities (which would be refunded if I didn’t use the $75.) Everything was nice but certainly not worth $400+ a night.

Overall fantastic, great hotel, great surroundings, good food, options, nearby, and a great spot for Christmas shopping, no sales tax!

Really overrated. Location is good with lots of restaurants and shopping. Service was surprisingly poor, really non-existant for a higher end property. Room attendant was rude and they accidentally threw away my wife's T-shirt. Front desk staff was notified but basically didn't care and have had no follow-up with us ans no compensation. One and done. IHG take note!
