Good beach access, close to fun activities, such as Sea Turtle, Inc and the Birding center. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, especially the omelets. I would come back and stay again.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The entire facility is clean, and the location is excellent, right next to the beach and a couple of great eating places that feature live music on weekends. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms spotless, and the breakfast was awesome. Overall, the cost of the hotel is very reasonable for everything they offer. Highly recommended

There was blood on the sheets. Balcony door did not close all the way. I refer the tub instead of the upgrade to walk in shower. But its not a deal breaker.

Shows signs of aging. Door to the balcony was damaged making it very hard to open. Pool was dirty, I understand if it was sandy, but there was a lot of hair in the water. The drain in the shower was very slow to empty. Bedding was a little rough to the touch. The one morning we decided to sleep in, lawn crew was using a chain saw before 8am to cut the palms right outside our hotel room in the second floor.

pool was not clean had lots of sand in it and some particles of trash. first floor was always wet due to high traffic(guess it's normal) but people walking through first floor were loud and didn't respect people sleeping. no one follows the rules posted (regarding food by the pool area, smoking, drinking and loud music playing. had to request for housekeeping cause all they did was take trash out. they didn't sweep or do my bed the first night after that had to request for full service ( house keeping does take a long time before they get to your room don't expect a quick response. they do limit the towels you have in the room so if it's 4 they only give 3 towels not unless you go to the front desk and get a pool towel. also location is next to Clayton's bar and lots of events happen there and it does get loud Parking is very limited and you need to pay per day to park there. Breakfast bar is upstairs on 4th floor not downstairs like usual.
