Sand Rose Beach Resort

Beach was fine, and restaurants were perfect, meals were delicious. Very close to the beach.

I got charged twice for deposit and parking even though it was only 1 room 1 night stay. When it was time to check in I swiped my credit card and the members said it didn't go through then I used another one and now it was OK. After leaving I found out that I was charged on both cards. Calling the hotel they mentioned that they only see the payments done on the 2nd card and that the deposit is on it's way back for that one card only. On the 1st card I already have the 75USD "deposit" and the 10USD parking fee (that was paid with the second card) already posted. Hotel staff and management are not willing to help, called 5 times, only the last call the manager was available and he said he didn't find my 1st card charges anywhere on their system to my name, sent him my credit card charges evidence (including Authorization Numbers for each transaction) on email but I still got no response, the charges are to the same business name on the first card (and exact same amounts), so those authorization numbers should be anywhere on their credit card processing provider system that they need to call and ask for. This business definitely has my money. It's been close to 3 weeks since I started calling.

Experience was great from start to finish and wonderful service from Ariel in the front check in

The location was perfect. Access from room to outside and pool area was great. Breakfast was also great with various variety.

The AC unit was very loud and made different kind of noises and my family and I couldn’t have a decent sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay! such a clean and friendly environment. Val at the front desk was such a big help and super nice. We definitely will be back!
