Very nicely furnished hotel room, super clean and modern. The hotel breakfast included a granola bar with fresh fruit, cereal options, and hot breakfast items like eggs and hashbrowns, along with coffee, milk, including lactose-free milk, juices, and yogurt.
USUSThe staff was beyond helpful and nice. They made us feel very welcome. The layout was great. Absolutely loved the rooftop bar. The breakfast was amazing. With a chef preparing breakfast food right there.
The security of the place was not good. Our vehicle was broken into while parked there. It was a smash and grab. They broke the back windshield and stole some things from our car. Didn't find out till the morning. The hotel has a security firm who were called after, but nothing was done as far as I know. The maintenance staff of the hotel was very very helpful in contacting them and then helping us to get on our way. Thank you so much to them. I called later to talk to the manager because I saw a camera outside, but he said its only pointed at the door. I thought we might have been in the peripheral of that camera but when I asked him if he has reviewed it, and he said he had not and most likely they would not be able to find anything out because of the number of cars that go by there. I guess even at night. He said if the police were to ask, he would be happy to review the tapes but not till then. I felt a little abandoned after that. I am not sure if this happens a lot at this hotel, but we were told that there had been a few of these break ins at the hotels in that area. Kinda, wish I knew that before.
Very pretty hotel and extremely nice staff. However, incredibly thin walls. I was able to hear my neighbor’s phone conversation (held in a normal volume) clearly at 7 am. We were traveling with a toddler and experienced several meltdowns, which I’m guessing our neighbors fully experienced, too. Super stressful to try to keep kids quiet enough for the walls and I probably wouldn’t come back unless it was just with adults.

Beautiful hotel in a great walkable area. So many great restaurants and stores right there. Pet friendly. Amazing rooftop bar! So pretty. Nice fitness room too! Breakfast was delicious! This is a great place to stay and I hope I have the chance to return!

Guest rooms are modern, clean and have everything you need. Decor is a bit sparse. Rooftop bar is awesome.
