Relax Inn & Suites

The room reeked of of cigarette smoke, the ratty carpet was very dirty, but the shower was great, Inez, the office manager, was very sweet & helpful, but the facility was not worth an $80 fee.

Staff was very accommodating after an error with Booking.com caused our reservation to not go through to their system. They only had one room left to offer and were upfront that the heat didn’t work, but they provided a space heater that was more than sufficient.

Room floor was dirty and unswept. Bath tub was not clean. Only one electrical outlet. Room was poorly lit. The people who run this establishment clearly care and want to provide a good experience, but appear to lack the resources to fully maintain the place.

The room temperature did not keep up with the unit inside the room. The seal on the door was not complete. We also only got a single bar of soap in the shower.

Booking.com has outdated information. The room had clearly not been used in a long time. The smoke detector was covered. Wires were hanging on the walls. The bed skirts were torn and disgusting. They were trying to make the room presentable. The front desk was friendly, unfortunately the place needs to be token down.

The room was very clean and comfy the lady at the front desk and her husband were so helpful in every way I would recommend this property McDonald's is like a 3 minute walk which is convenient if you get hungry
