It was nice and clean, and everything was like new. Very close to the subway line, with easy access to Manhattan and Brooklyn. I read negative comments about the breakfast before arriving, but I do not agree - the breakfast was great.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

The hotel was clean, staff was attentive and helpful. Manager checked in a couple of times during our stay. All requests were answered promptly. Rooms were well maintained. Breakfast was great with good variety. The train station was 3 mins walking distance and took us uptown and downtown easily.

Would not change a thing. Everything was great!

I loved the lounge area in the cellar. The furniture was designed with various comforts in mind. Conveniently, especially after the continental breakfast, there is a 24-hour gym directly across from the lounge area to where you could exercise. My husband and I loved the breakfast option. The rooms are beautiful! I love the fragrances of the honey sugar soap and lotion. Housekeeping and reception was very nice!

How limited the space was for parking especially for the price ($40.00 per day).

Breakfast had some good options - eggs, bagels, cereal, waffles. Nice that there was coffee and tea all day. The bed was comfortable, and we could control the room temperature.

The room was quite small and bare bones. It was a tight squeeze with two adults and luggage, but it was adequate. When we arrived to check in at about 9 pm, there was no one at the front desk for at least 5 minutes.
