Red Roof Inn Charleston - Dunbar

We liked our room setup and the staff was nice.

We didn't feel the floor was very clean and there were only 2 big towels to cover the jacuzzi and the shower for 2 people. We could have asked for more but didn't.

Location was good.

How thin the wall were, it was so loud on the 3rd floor, and they put us in a room with a door that goes to another room and we had someone trying to get into our room all night long. My son was terrified to sleep. So it was a long night.

I’ve stayed there every year for NYE & sometimes my birthday in late January it’s always been clean until this year, rooms were dirty but I didn’t complain.

They over charge for nothing other than to keep your money. My family & I were sick, I paid for additional night & they still kept my deposit.

The staff were friendly

I didn’t like that they let people turn their TVs wide open, and people were talking so loud in rooms next to us. We couldn’t even sleep. The fire alarm was hanging off the wall.
