Linens were dingy, stained. Bedspread looked dirty.

Requested early check in was denied due to late employee. Bed coverings had a few holes, ice machine did not work and internet was spotty at best. The bed was comfortable! The room could have been arranged better to be less cramped near the door.

I wish it was cheaper

I liked the effort shown by the office staff to accommodate my need for laundry machines. Since the machine was broken, she called another property and asked them to let me go use their machines.

I didn't like that my request for late checkout did not receive a response when I submitted it online. It seemed like the office staff was not aware of the request. When I asked during check-in, the man did not seem to consider the request. I was very unhappy with the laundry machine's not working. I only got a hotel so I could do laundry. When I explained this and asked for a partial refund, my request was denied. Instead, the woman sent me to another nearby hotel to use their machines. However, that hotel had a non-working detergent dispenser machine.

The microwave did not work. It was ok for the price we paid. Front desk not very accommodating. They were suppose to be a pet friendly hotel. Front desk lady asked us to go to the next lot out of the hotel fence to walk our dog and potty. The front of the hotel is mostly concrete with a small patch of grass on the very front close to the road. It’s a little ways to the grass where your pet can use to potty. The dog might not be able to hold its pee to get to the next lot.

The king size bed room does not exist I was charged extra for 2 beds
