Nothing I didn't stay in the room and I was still charged. And the room was not what I paid for.

the room is dark and no water service, no tivi service, staff is not nice

Location was good.

Asked for non smoking. Room smelt horrible. Bed was very uncomfortable.

No breakfast included at this location. Easy to find/right off main highway/Just a few miles from my activity and close to large stores.

I had stayed at same location the previous week(18th-19th)and received a request from OYO to rate stay and receive 40% off next stay. Completed survey but discount was not reflected on this stay(27th-28th). Questioned when checked in . Individual there said consult internet. Thanks.

I didn't stay nor did my friend, for whom the reservation had been made. The outside of the building was shabby with two appliances beneath the outdoor stairway. The parking lot was dirty. The clerk appeared scruffy and was incredibly rude, appearing racist toward my friend. To me, when I asked if I could pay for the room in advance, he said "We don't have any handicap rooms." If he'd been courteous, I would have responded the same as I did, quietly saying, "I'm not staying." He then said, "The room is for him?" At one point, it sounded as if he said, "If we have any rooms." In my many years of traveling around the country, sometimes staying in some older motels, I've never been treated rudely. This was a first. I didn't have the opportunity to see the inside of a room, but based on the outside, it's difficult to imagine they would appear as the online photos displayed. I will say that OYO management, the chain owners, was gracious and courteous, apologizing for our experience and refunding the week's rent that had been charged.

All staff members have great guest services.
