I liked how close it was to town

There was a smoking room available online but when I showed up there was no availability for a smoking room and I was forced to pay more for a non smoking room that was not cleaned and had roach carcasses and live roaches in the room

TV worked good.

Trash was found in the sink and next to the nightstand, also the floors were sticky. Roaches were found in the bathroom.

The bed was clean, but the floor, some of the towels, and the tub were not.

Close to my brother house

It could have had ice and beds could’ve been more comfortable and better comfort on bed

We never stayed there because they didn't have the room we booked available. And I still got charged the amount. If you could please review that. And send me my money back that would be great thanks!

We had to buy cleaning supplies and pillows just to stay the night. Fromthe headboard to pillows it was filthy. The tub had a clump of hair, just sitting in it. The remote, cabinets and counter had a layer of sh*tso bad it took industrial cleaner. The gap on the door was over 1/2 inch. There was no lock on the door and we put crimesceen covers on our shoes because the floor was so bad, our socks turned black in five minutes. Very disturbing!!!

I arrived after a 15 hour trip from PA to GA, only to be told that they have the hotel.com itinerary, but "so sorry we don't have any room. go get your money back from them." the check in room was filty and cigarette smoke everywhere. Sleeping in my car was better

It was close to work

They didn’t clean had to go get towels every morning after work and then had to wake man up to come open door because the card reader wouldn’t work took a crow bar to open door still don’t work

They did not hold my reservations
