Your service was horrible!

overall a great hotel for the price ,i need a room for one night an got a good price .

It was better than others in the area. Parking lot was well lit. They allow dogs and have part of a lot you can walk them. Owners of dogs need to clean up. Did not seem like people were just living there. Room was clean. Not all of the lights would come on, but i didnt ask for help. Ice was out of order.

I actually had never been to Rome Ga. Before and I was pleased with the way I treated and the room was very clean. Will come back soon and stay again

The fridge didnt work, the microwave barely worked, the pillows were hard as a rock, if you check in early they charge you $10.00 extra in cash, the sheets on the bed were either stained or burned, there was no cleaning staff and it was really hard to understand him, the toilet had to be flushed twice and the wifi was terrible and would barely run anything. I strongly recommend not staying here.
