The bed, it was by far the best bed

needs renovations

It is an old facility & could use some updating.

It needs a lot of upkeep, it had no cups, coffee pot, the microwave didn’t smell good.

The room stunk like cigarettes

The room was clean but not enough towels, no face tissue provided, only one roll of toilet tissue provided, no coffee maker, ice machine broken

I was laying in bed and looked over on the other pillow laying beside me and seen a bedbug got up pulled the cover down and seen 3 or 4 more than I went to the office

They did not honor my booking.

I liked that it was easy to check in and private.

There was no trashcan in the room anywhere and we were expected to put our trash and towels outside the door when we left. There were two hard,flat pillows on each queen size bed that were very uncomfortable. The oven in the room was basically unusable due to the handle being broken off. The ice machine was out of order during our stay and there were broken appliances next to the stairs going up to our room. The room served it's purpose since we were just there to sleep but there was a lot that could be improved.
